From Burnout to Breakthrough: Why I Started ‘Manathin Manuscript’

 Dear Manathin Manuscriptians,

Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed.

It means the damage no longer controls your life.”

This blog wasn’t born out of perfection — it came from pain, from spirals of self-doubt, and from feeling stuck in a loop where nothing seemed enough.

For a long time, I carried heavy thoughts:
“I’m not doing well in life.”
“My appearance isn’t good enough.”
“My job feels like a burden.”
“I’m a failure”
“I overthink every little thing.”

One by one, those thoughts became truths in my head. I didn’t realize I was shrinking in confidence, in health, in joy.

Then one day, a friend I’ve known for 10 years said something that shook me:
“You’re not the same. You’re turning bitter. You’re going down.”

That stayed with me.

That night, I asked myself:
“What can I do differently?”
I couldn’t change people. I couldn’t fix the world. But I could do something for me.

I remembered what I do have:

  • A mind trained in Psychology.

  • A qualification I fought hard for (National Eligibility Test).

  • A voice.

  • A story.

  • And most importantly — a desire to connect.

  • My soulful supporters

I thought, “What if I stopped pouring my energy into things that drain me, and started creating something that fuels me?”

That’s how Manathin Manuscript was born.

This blog is my open journal, my safe space, and hopefully, it becomes yours too.
Here, I’ll share:

  • What I’ve felt.

  • What I’ve learned.

  • What Psychology has taught me.

  • How I deal with burnout, anxiety, growth, and healing.

  • And yes, how to crack NET too.

If you’re feeling like your light is dimming, I see you.
If you’re drowning in comparisons and doubts — I feel you.
If you’re tired of trying to be “fine” when you’re not, you’re not alone.

This isn’t a perfect blog.
This is a healing blog.
A place to reframe our pain, together.

Let’s read, write, and rise — together.
Welcome to the ManathinManuscript.
Welcome to you again. 💫

With love and strength,
Rajaswathy R
Founder of Manathin Manuscript
